Do Bahria Town Properties are real Ownership or not ?

I have invested in Bahria Town Rawalpindi and Bahria Town Karachi plots. but I do not know what kind of ownership it is. Do this is real ownership like a registry etc..  I have Bahria Town allotment letter only with my name, plot no, and photo. Do I need to worry about it or its all fine. Whole Pakistan is buying Bahria Town properties on these bahria allotment letters only. i have tried to find information on many forums and youtube on this matter, but unable to get real information. what is the reality. Thanks

Be Aware: Bahria Town Plots and Property belongs to Malik Riaz in Government Property Records. It is registered as a private company limited. You only have company letterhead with a picture and your name printed on it—not a true piece of ownership. In government records, the Property Inteqal is in Malik Riaz's name. You have only land possessions, which you cannot even hold when you have to face hundreds of guards. So be aware of what you are buying and for what you are paying your hard-earned money. Remember.... you are in modern slavery.
