Bahria Town Issues Booking Forms to their Authorized dealers/retailer only and do not issue them directly to the public via a website or any regional office etc Before launching the project, Bahria Town registered the dealers with its platform through heavy authorizing fees and charges and then issues Authorised Dealer title to them.
Now these authorised dealers get a Fixed quota as per their dealership status. These dealers sell these booking forms to the public on heavy margins and OWN amounts. The general public and some investors purchase these FORMs in the hope of getting higher prices OWN on these forms and then reselling them again in the market.
But, this is a very tricky business. It's all about the timing of the market in this FORMS business. It's not for end users who have no access to buyers for reselling quickly. It only makes a profit for dealers and agents, who are sitting in the market and, as soon they get a good amount of profit in the market as OWN, they instantly sell it to other buyers in the market. The OWN amount of these FORMS changes on a daily basis and sometimes even on an hourly basis.
