General Block Payment Plans
5 Marla: The total price is 12,00,000. You need to pay 15 per cent of the total amount for booking and 5 per cent for confirmation. The monthly installment is 17,500 for 48 months. Then, you need to pay 10% at the time of Possession.
7 Marla: The total land price is 15,00,000. 20% will be charged for booking and confirmation, 10% for ownership, and 22,750 PKR will be asked for as a monthly instalment for the next 48 months.
10 Marla: The property price is 2, 165,000. When booking and confirmation, 20% will be charged—10% for Possession. The monthly installment will be 31,573 for next 48 months.
1 Kanal Plot: The residential one Kanal plot price is 3,528,000. They offer 51,450 PKR monthly instalments for the next three years. You must pay 20% of the total price for booking and confirmation and 10% for Possession.

Executive Block Payment Plans

Residential Plots Payment Plans
7 Marla residential plot: The total price is 18 lakhs; you have to pay 20% as a downpayment that involves booking and confirmation fees. You will be charged 10% of the total amount at the time of Possession. The remaining payment will be divided into 48 months. The monthly stallment is 26,250 pkr.
10 Marla Residential plots: The total price of 10 Marla land is 23 Lakhs. Similarly, 20 per cent will be used for booking and confirmation and 10 per cent for Possession. The remaining will be divided into monthly instalments for three years. You have to pay 34,563 in monthly instalments.
1 Kanal Residential Plot: The property price is almost 39 lakhs. Twenty per cent, or nearly eight lahks, will be paid as booking and confirmation, and 10% for Possession. The monthly instalment is 57,604 for the next three years.
Commercial Plots Payment Plans
4 Marla: The total price of 4 Marla commercial plot is 40 lakhs. The 20% of it will be charged as booking and confirmation fees. 10 % at the time of Possession. They offer 58,333 monthly instalments for three years.
8 Marla: The total land cost of 8 Marla commercial plots is almost 72 Lakhs. The monthly instalment will be 1 lakh 5 thousand for three years. 20% will be charged as a downpayment and 10% at the time of Possession.

Development status
It is a newly developed housing society, as only 20 per cent of work is done in Block A. Initially, only 10,000 Kanal was reserved for it.
