Do i have real ownership of property in private societies in Pakistan ?

I have invested in different private societies in Pakistan but I do not know, what actually i purchased. They have just given me some allotment letter with their brand. No registry or Intakal is provided by society. i am very worried about my investment of plots in these societies. no one talks about these matters and only every one is buying and waiting as a investment. i want to know the realilty behind this investment in private socities.

Be aware: If your plot is not in government records, you are not the true owner of the plot/property. The land actually belongs to the society owner. It's all fraud. Only buy the property that is on government papers. Every property that has an allotment letter issued by a builder, private society, or apartment building owner; belongs to the society owner, not you. You're not the real owner. Remember....
