8 Marla Plot: The total discounted price is 15 lakh thirty thousand. The downpayment will be 1 lakh 53 thousand. After that, you are allowed to pay 40 monthly instalments of 5,300 each. 

10 Marla Plot: The discounted price of the 10 Marla plot is 18 Lakh thirty thousand. You have to pay 1 lakh 83 thousand as a downpayment. After that, they will give you two options. One is 40 monthly instalments of 18,300; the second is eight half-yearly instalments of 214,375 each. 

1 Kanal Plot: The total price is 34 lakhs 30 thousand. The downpayment will be 343,000. After that, you can choose either 40 monthly instalments of 34,300 PKR each or eight half-yearly instalments of 214,375 each. 

Overseas Block Payment Plans
Sames goes with overseas block, but here you have only one option: monthly instalments, not 6-month instalments. 

7 Marla Plots: The total price of the plot is 11 lakh 55 thousand. You can take the initiative with a downpayment of 1 lakh 92 thousand. After that, they offer easy 40 monthly instalments of 19,250 Pkr each. 

10 Marla Plot: The sum-up price of the plot is 16 Lakh 10 thousand. You can start with 2 lakh 68 thousand as a downpayment. Then, you are offered to submit 40 monthly instalments of 26,800 each. 

14 Marla Plot: The discounted price of the plot is 21 lakh 90 thousand. Behin with 3lakh 65 thousand as a downpayment. Then, pay 40 monthly instalments of 36,500 each to own the plot. 

1 Kanal Plot: The total price of the plot is 29 Lakhs; take the initiative with a downpayment of 4 lakh 80 thousand, then start paying 40 monthly instalments of 48,000 each. 

2 Kanal Plot: The most expensive plot in an overseas block can cost you 46 lakhs. Start with a 7 lakh 70 thousand downpayment and pay 77 thousand monthly instalments for the next 40 months. 

Awami Block
5 Marla Plot: The discounted price of the plot is 11 lakh 55 thousand, with a downpayment of 770,000. After that, you can submit 40 monthly instalments of 8,750 each. 

Waterfront District Payment Plan
6 Marla Plot: The sum-up price for 6 Marla land is 11 Lakh 55 Thousand. The downpayment is 1 lakh 75 thousand. You have to pay 40 monthly instalments of 17,500 PKR each. 

12 Marla Plot: The total price is 22 lakh 10 thousand. You can start with a downpayment of 315,000 Pkr. After that, you must pay 40 monthly instalments of 31,500 Pkr each. 
18 Marla Plot: The property price is 31 lakhs 50 thousand. The downpayment is 4 lakh 20 thousand. Then, you have to pay 40 monthly instalments of 42,000 PKR.
