F14 and F15 sector Islamabad has been announced and owned by FGEHA. FGEHA is government's department which is primarily responsible for allotment of plots/flats/houses to federal government employees of Pakistan. Recently FGEHA has launched F14 and F15 sectors in Islamabad zone 1 area as per master plan of Islamabad. F14 AND F15 sector Islamabad project compromises of land around 5 to 5.5 thousand kanals total land.

F14 and F15 sector Islamabad plots are mostly allotted to federals employees whose service is almost completed and near to retirement . These includes mostly judges, bureaucrats and high rank officials. Sector F14 and F15 Islamabad plots are allotted through Membership drive program procedure that is available for federal employees in all departments of federal government in Islamabad.
F14 sectors Islamabad are located on back side of Fully developed CDA Sector G14, which is directly linked to Srinagar highway, and very close proximity to 26 number and motorways M2. Also it is very near to new Islamabad international airport which make this sector very prime located and accessible by every mode of convince. Same like F14 Sector Islamabad, F15 Sector Islamabad in next after the F14 Sector Islamabad and directly linked to GT Road, GT Road going towards taxla. These both sectors are on very prime location which are connected with Srinagar highway from one side and with GT Road from other side.

One thing is important to note that, these both sectors are not administered by CDA, but instead these are managed and administered by FGEHA. In both sector F14 and F15 Islamabad plots of three categories are available 10 marla, 14 marla and 1 kanal.
